Delete your Saurora account
Saurora, by MeuRobo. Contact: [email protected]
In the game (fastest)
- Open SETTINGS > Game > Account.
- Tap Delete my account…, then Delete for good.
Your account is deleted at once. Servers remove your saved dinosaurs when they next check, usually within about ten minutes (a server that is offline does it when it comes back). If you play again, you start with a new, empty account.
Lost your phone? Install Saurora on the new one, go to SETTINGS > Game > Account, type your recovery code under "Use code", then delete the account there.
Without the game
Email [email protected] with the subject Saurora account deletion. Include:
- your player name,
- your account ID (SETTINGS > Game > Account shows it), if you have it,
- the servers you played on, if you know.
We may ask you to prove the account is yours. Send your recovery code (Settings > Game > Account); we use it only to check, and it stops working when the account is deleted. We reply within 30 days.
You can also ask us to delete only some data, for example a bug report, and keep your account.
What is deleted
- Your account: ID, player name, device key, recovery code, the skins you own and your purchase records.
- Your saved dinosaurs on our servers.
What stays, and for how long
- A note that the account ID was deleted, with the date: about 400 days, so servers can remove its saves. It holds no name.
- If the account is banned: a one-way hash of its phone ID or Steam ID, and the ban's reason, until the ban ends.
- Our backups: up to 30 days, then they are overwritten.
- Bug and error reports you sent: 12 months, then they are deleted automatically. Ask in your email and we delete them too.
- Chat lines, player reports and bans on our servers: until the log fills up or an admin removes them. Bans stay so a banned player can't come back.
- Google keeps its own record of your purchases. Deleting your account doesn't refund a purchase; ask Google Play for refunds.
Servers we don't run
Servers run by licence holders or by players keep their own saves, chat logs and bans. Your deleted account can no longer join them, and they remove your saves when they next check. For anything else, ask that server's owner. If you can't reach them, email us and we will help.
